Giovanni Stracqualursi
After obtaining his Law Degree at Università degli Studi di Cassino, in 2006 he won an internship at the Antitrust Authority.
In 2007 he obtained his Masters in Administrative Law and Administration Sciences at Università degli Studi di Roma III and since 2008 he has actively worked with the Ghia Law Firm in Rome.
Roberto Mattera
He graduated in Law at ‘LUISS Guido Carli’ in Rome. During his studies he focused on corporate, banking, finance and insurance law. Specialized in “Capital markets and financial contracts” he finished the course presenting the thesis on Insurance Law, entitled “Bancassurance products”. He joined Ghia Law Firm in Rome in 2009.
Giancarlo Moretti
Graduated at Università Cattolica of Milan discussing a dissertation about European Union Law, he collaborates with Ghia Law Firm, Milan office, since September 2011.
He has good skills of English, thanks to a collaboration with a London based Law Firm, and French studied for years.
On July 2010, he joined the Milan Bar association of Lawyer as Trainee.
He is a research fellow at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in European Union Law.
Lisa Sofia Fondelli
Graduated at the University of Florence, on 2011 she achieves a Master’s degree in “Business Attorney” and during the same year she attends in Rome a Legal English Course, that helps her to improve the mastery of the language, which she knows well due to different learning experiences in the USA and in London. Since January 2012 she collaborates at Ghia Law firm.
