Enrica Maria Ghia
After her Law Degree obtained summa cum laude, she was awarded an internship at the European Union Commission in Brussels.
Later she attended the College of Europe in Bruges, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in European Union Law.
In1998 she returned to Italy, was admitted to the Bar Association of Milan and started managing the Milan office of the firm.
She specializes in corporate law and insolvencies on behalf of Italian and foreign clients.
She is a charter member and General Secretary of TMA – Turnaround Management Association – Italy. She is President for Europe of the World Jurist Association; is a charter member and President of Insieme per i Bambini Onlus, a fund raising organization for the benefit of children.
From February 2011 she is qualified as Profession Conciliator in civil and commercial law.
Tiziano Buzzolani
After he obtained his Law Degree in 1992 at Università Statale degli Studi di Milano, he was admitted to the Bar Association of Milan. He specializes in White Collar Criminal and Corporate Law, Labour Law and Banking Law. He is an Adjunct Professor for the CONEDIS training consortium in Milan and a member of the World Jurist Association.
Monica De Angeli
After obtaining her Law Degree at Università degli Studi di Milano, she became a research fellow at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in International Public Law, European Union Law and International Governments.
In 2007 she was admitted to the Bar Association of Brescia and started to work with the Milan office of Ghia Law firm where she deals with civil and commercial law disputes.
From February 2011 she is qualified as Profession Conciliator in civil and commercial low.
